We design and build your new website within the subscription price. Basic is a business card website (one page or about 5-6 subpages), Premium / E-commerce is an extended website, a blog or a WooCommerce store.
You don't look for a server and you don't pay for it separately.
Your website is handled by a developer assigned to it. You don't explain everything from scratch with every change.
1 h (Basic) or 3 h (Premium / E-commerce) of development work every month. Work beyond the plan is estimated first and we start only after your approval.
Backups 4x or 8x a month, CMS and plugin updates 2x or 4x a month - depending on the plan.
When your website stops responding, we get a notification within a few minutes. We usually fix problems within 24 hours at most.
10 or 15 photos a month from a paid stock library. You choose, we download them for you.
We build new websites mostly on Jamstack: Gatsby or Next.js, with WordPress or WooCommerce as the CMS. That makes them secure and very fast.

Webinity panel
This is how cooperation looks after your website goes live: you create a task in the panel, talk to our team and accept the finished task or request fixes. History, invoices and the website status are available in one place.
01 You order
You click “Create task”, enter a title and description, add files and choose a priority: Low, Normal, High or Urgent. You don't need to know WordPress or write a technical brief.
02 You talk
The developer replies in the discussion under the task. Questions, files and decisions stay in one thread, and we let you know about new comments and status changes by email. Six months later you can still check who agreed what and when.
03 You approve
When the work is ready, the task comes back to you with the status “Awaiting verification”. You check the result on your website and click “Accept and close the task” or “Request a fix”.
If a task would exceed the time available in your plan, you first get an estimate to approve. We don't do any work beyond the plan without your consent.
04 You see it all
On the dashboard you see the website status, uptime monitoring, the last CMS update, backups and the time used in your plan. You download invoices in the “Invoices” tab.
Counted from the moment the task is created. Complex ones may take longer.
We learn about an outage from monitoring within a few minutes.
We only start after your approval.

The Basic plan costs PLN 399 net per month and the Premium / E-commerce plan PLN 699 net per month (23% VAT is added to both prices). That amount covers the design and build of the website, hosting and ongoing care - there is no separate fee for the build. You pay by card every month, and you receive the invoice by email and can find it in the panel.
Yes. We prepare the homepage prototype free of charge and it commits you to nothing. If after the call you decide it is not for you, you pay nothing.
Because a good design convinces better than the prettiest offer in a PDF. You will see our standard on the example of your own company and decide calmly, with something concrete in front of you.
All we need is the address of your current website or a few words about what your company does, plus your name, email and phone number. You don’t have to write a brief. Premium / E-commerce is a larger website, a blog or a WooCommerce store: 3 h of development work, backups 8x, updates 4x a month and 15 photos a month. Both plans include hosting, monitoring, the Webinity panel and a dedicated developer.
In the Webinity panel you click “Create task”, describe what you need, add files and choose a priority. You talk to the developer under the task, see its status and get email notifications. You either accept the finished change or request a correction.
We aim to complete tasks within 48 hours of their creation. Complex ones may take longer. We usually fix problems and outages within 24 hours at most, and we learn about an outage from monitoring within a few minutes.
You get a quote for approval first. We work on a task that exceeds the time available in your plan only after you agree. You can see the used and available time in the panel.
Not for a new website. Safety is care for a website you already have (backups and updates, without development work) and does not include building a new website. A new website on a subscription starts with the Basic plan.
