At Webinity, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your subscription, we’re here to help. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be issued for our subscription plans.

1. Subscription Plans

Webinity offers various subscription plans for WordPress and WooCommerce websites, each with its specific features and billing cycles. This policy applies to all subscription plans available on webinity.com.

2. Payment Processor

All payments for subscription plans are processed through Stripe. By subscribing to our services, you agree to Stripe’s terms and conditions, including their refund policy.

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1. Renewal Refunds

Refunds for subscription renewals are not automatically issued. If you believe there has been an error with your renewal or if you forgot to cancel your subscription before it renewed, please contact us within 7 days of the renewal date for a possible refund. Each case will be reviewed individually.

3.2. Service Cancellations

If you cancel your subscription, you will not be eligible for a refund for any remaining period of your subscription (all our plans are billed monthly). Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be provided.

3.3. Cancellation of yearly subscriptions

If you cancel your yearly subscription, you will not be eligible for a refund for the remaining period of your subscription. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be provided.

3.4. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances, such as significant service disruptions or failures on our part, we may consider refund requests beyond the standard policy. These will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Webinity.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us: Email our support team at support@webinity.com with your request, including your subscription details and the reason for the refund. You can also use the “Contact Us” tab in Webinity’s Dashboard, after logging in onto your account.
  2. Review Process: Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
  3. Refund Approval: If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment via Stripe. The refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Requests made more than 7 days after the subscription renewal date.
  • Downtime, service interruptions, or technical issues that are beyond Webinity’s control.

6. Changes to the Refund Policy

Webinity reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitute your acknowledgment and acceptance of the changes.
